The definition of a service point, based on Appendix 3 of the East Palapa Ring Development Cooperation Agreement, is a point within the project site where terminal equipment is placed leading to the access point, as outlined in the design document approved by the PJPK. An interconnection point is the location where the Palapa Ring network built for the project connects to an existing operator's network.
