PTT GOES TO UNCEN!

Jayapura, Papua | July 25, 2023 An introduction and practical use of fiber optic equipment was held again, this time at Cenderawasih University. Students majoring in engineering and mathematics (MIPA) were invited to participate in practical use of Optical Power Meters, Optical Time Domain Reflectometers, and Splicers. This activity was held in the Cenderawasih University Hall on July 25, 2023. The event was attended and opened by the Assistant 1 of the Jayapura City Regional Secretariat, Evert Nicolaus Merauje, S.Sos, M.Si., along with the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs of Cenderawasih University, Dr. Onesimus Sahuleka, SH, M.Hum, and representatives of PTT were officially opened by Widodo Yuli Prasetyo, who played the traditional Papuan musical instrument, the tifa.

This event is expected to open further collaboration between PT Palapa Timur Telematika and Cenderawasih University, particularly in the fields of education and telecommunications.
